NAME OF PROJECT: PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF NATIONAL EXAMINATION PAPERS 2026
The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Printing and delivery of National Examination Papers 2025. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Activity Schedule.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021 and Procurement and Contract Administration Manual August 2022, and is open to all eligible Contractors.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Bidders on the submission of a personal or written application to Theresa Saveke at email TSaveke@mehrd.gov.sb.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Contractors (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 14:00 hrs on Thursday 27th August 2026. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
