PNG DataCo Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit quotations for the renovation and fit-out of its National Operations Centre NOC and Security Operations Centre SOC offices at Wokples Building, Savannah Heights, Waigani.
This project will establish a safe, compliant and operationally ready facility to support network monitoring, cybersecurity operations, incident response and critical ICT infrastructure management.
VITAL INFORMATION:
- PROJECT: NOC and SOC Office Renovation – Interior Fit-Outs, Basic Building Systems, CCTV, M and E, HVAC and Fire Suppression System
- LOCATION: Wokples Building, Savannah Heights, Waigani
- BRIEF SCOPE: Interior fit-outs, building systems, M and E, electrical and data works, HVAC modifications, CCTV, access control, clean-agent fire suppression. Note: Active ICT systems, servers, routers, switches, operational platforms, video walls, LED and LCD systems are excluded unless stated in RFQ pack
- QUOTATION VALIDITY: Minimum 90 days from RFQ closing date
- RFQ RELEASED: 28 July 2026
- MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION: 30 July to 04 August 2026, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- CLARIFICATION CUT-OFF: 10 August 2026, 5:00 pm
- RFQ CLOSING: 17 August 2026, 5:00 pm
- ESTIMATED RESPONSE TO BIDDERS: 21 August 2026
