INVITATION TO TENDER

The Ministry of Culture and tourism now invites Eligible suppliers to submit tender for the procurement of fast craft.  To be Eligible to participate, Tenderer must meet the Purchaser minimum eligibility requirement as follows:

• Be Legally registered Business with the company Haus (SIG)
• Must have TIN and Bank account
• Must have HCC licence
• Provide evidence of technical and financial capacity
• Have at least 3–5 years’ experience in marine vessel supply and demonstrate previous delivery of similar vessels and Must have assurance of Backup services
• Must have no record of poor or failed supplies of goods on previous contract of similar nature
• Must not have been suspended or blacklisted in previous contract by MoFT or any organisation

Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the ITT.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the offices of the Procuring Entity: Ministry of Culture and tourism, Anthony Saru Building, Level 1, PO Box G20, Honiara from 8:30am to 4:30pm on Mondays to Fridays or email HKaefia@tourism.gov.sb at your convenience.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be obtain by interested tenderers from Ministry of Culture and tourism, upon presenting a receipt of non-refundable fee of $200 (Account No. 101-20-383-0000-13233) paid at the ministry of Finance and treasury (MoFT).

Tenders, comprising the document identified in the instruction of tenderers (ITT), and following the requirement of ITT, must be delivered to The Chairperson, Central tender Board (CTB), Ministry of Finance and Treasury, PO Box 26, Honiara, at 2pm, 16^th July 2026. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representative who choose to attend at Ministry of Finance (MoFT) leaf Hut, at 2pm, Thursday 16^th July 2026.

Late or incomplete Tenders shall not be accepted.
