The Ministry of Home Affairs on behalf of the Solomon Islands National Sports Council invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the supply, storage and delivery of pool chemicals for National Aquatic Centre (NAC). Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the MHA (Catherine Tugumana Catherine.Tugumana@mha.gov.sb) or NSC (Cindy Aungarima, phone: (+677) 22570, manager.aquatics@nsc.gov.sb) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08h00 to 16h30 or on the website: www.nsc.gov.sb.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 12h00 on Thursday 2 July 2026. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders or incomplete will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 14h00 on Thursday 2 July 2026.
