Name of Project: Provision of Services for supply of 24 hours security services for the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development office Buildings
The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Provision of security Service for the MALD Office Buildings in Honiara and Guadalcanal Province.
Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Activity Schedule.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock development, Freddy Kwakwala at FKwakwala@mal.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, P. O. Box G13, Honiara from 8.30 am to 4.30 Pm, Mondays to Fridays.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to the address below Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, ATL Harbour View Building, Kingdom Hall, Kukum, Honiara.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, ATL Harbour View Building, Kingdom Hall, Kukum, Honiara. or before 2 .00 pm, Monday 17th August 2026.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 14 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, ATL Harbour View Building, Level 4, Honiara at 2 .00 pm, Monday 17th August 2026.
