The Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services, through SIG, has budget funding for the TENDER LISTED ABOVE WITH REFERENCE and now invites interested, eligible Contractors and Consultants to submit tenders for the provision of these Works and Services.
A Contractor or Consultant will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in the SIG Interim Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to ALL eligible Tenderers.
A complete set of Tender documents in English can be obtained by interested Tenderers at the Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services, provided that a payment of a non-refundable amount of $100.00/each in cash is made at the Ministry of Finance Treasury Cashier counter 5.
Tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes using the address and before the closing date/time at c) below. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and time at d) below. Late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Take note that any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in favour of any tenderer will lead to the disqualification of that tenderer and may lead to criminal proceedings.
