The Ministry of Forestry and Research invites interested and eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Civil Earth Works, Retaining Wall Construction and Fencing Works at the MoFR (VATA) Timber Yard, Henderson Cross Road, Honiara.
Full details of the works are provided in the Technical Specifications, Schedule of Activities, and Drawings included in the Tender Documents.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Solomon Islands Government Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and is open to all eligible Tenderers. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive Tenderer.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Ministry of Forestry and Research Procurement Unit Office, Geology, Lengakiki, Honiara, Solomon Islands, and inspect the Tender Documents at the address below from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please pay a non-refundable fee of SBD$250.00 for the tender documents at MoFT cashier, collect receipts and present it to the Procurement Unit- MoFR Accounts to collect the tender documents.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), and prepared in accordance with the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00pm, 5th of June 2026.
Tenders shall remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected.
