The Middle Ramu District Development Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of Plant, Equipment and Service parts and in accordance with the requirements of the National Procurement Commission.

Bidders provide full specifications of each machinery listed above and confirm availability within country and delivery timeframe where required.
Pricing to cover for registration and delivery to Lae/Madang wharf including all port charges, customs clearance and towage fees.
Confirm availability of parts and operator training if required.
Electronic submissions may be permitted if specified in the RFQ document
Late submissions will not be accepted
The Middle Ramu District Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid, in accordance with the law.
