REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
PROJECT NUMBER: SP-HO-EES-0626

Solomon Islands Electricity Authority (SIEA) trading as Solomon Power (“Solomon Power”) is seeking bids from experienced entities/consultants to conduct its Employee Engagement Survey.
Solomon Power invites tenderers to submit a proposal to carry out an Employee Engagement Survey, with Solomon Power employees under the auspices of the Project number quoted
above.

The outcomes from the Survey are critical to continue enhance Solomon Power people strategies, and to measure how engaged its employees are with its strategic direction, plans and activities.
The objectives, scope and expected outcomes of the Survey are in the Terms of Reference (“TOR”) which will be available upon request via the email address: Droumand.Rupert@ solomonpower.com.sb, or by enquiry on phone number: 42411 (ext 2411).
Bidders are to submit their Tender no later than 3:00pm (Solomon Islands time), Friday 10th July 2026. There are two options for interested bidders to submit their Tenders:

• (i) Electronically: Proposals submitted electronically before 3:00pm (Solomon Islands time), Friday 10th July 2026 to restricted Solomon Power email address: Engagement. Survey@solomonpower.com.sb

• (ii) Sealed Envelope: Proposals submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, c/-Solomon Power, Ranadi Head Office, Honiara. It must be submitted before 3:0pm (Solomon Islands time), Friday 10th July 2026 at the Solomon Power Tender Box. The sealed envelope must be marked “Employee Engagement Survey”. The Tender Box is in the Reception area, Solomon Power Head Office, Ranadi, Honiara.

A Pre-Tender Meeting via teleconference can be arranged for Tuesday 23rd June 2026. If you are interested to participate, you must make your intention known before COB Monday 22nd June 2026.
Proposals sent to any other address, electronic or otherwise, and/or not placed in the stipulated Tender Box will be deemed invalid. Furthermore an unsigned Proposal will be deemed invalid as well. The signature for the Proposal must be that of a Principal or Director of your organisation.

A Proposal must be identified by the Project Number SP-HO-EES-0626 and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.
