Expressions of Interest

The Solomon Islands Government has budget financing toward the cost of the [review of the Solomon Islands National Human Resource Development and Training Plan 2013-2015], and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The consultancy services (‘the services”) include;

• Conduct desk research and undertake preliminary consultations with all relevant stakeholders including SIG line ministries, national and provincial government leaders, development partners, private sector, NGOS/CSOs, faith-based organisations and training providers;
• Review the existing National Human Resource Development and Training Plan (NHRDTP) development 2013-2015;
• Develop the National Human Resource Development and Training Plan 2026-20230

The Ministry of National Planning and Development Coordination now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.
