Assignment Title: Survey and Design Services for CAUSE-II Component 1 Sub-projects

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development, under the Solomon Islands Government has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Community Access & Urban Services Enhancement Project (CAUSE-II), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
Consulting Services (“the Services”) include providing comprehensive survey and design expertise essential for the strategic execution of the CAUSE-II project across the Solomon Islands. The consultancy will deliver topographical and geotechnical surveys, engineering designs, environmental impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and related services for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, public parks, and coastal protection measures. The consulting assignment is expected to be completed within 9 calendar months and is expected to commence in January 2025. The assignment will commence upon contract award.

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
Expressions of interest must be delivered electronically by latest 31 October 2024, 5:00 PM to the recipient below in one combined pdf file. Applicants are allowed to send a download link by email.
