A charge of $100.00 will be made for obtaining soft copies of the documents. Instruction to bidders are included in the tender documents. Only soft copy will be issued.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Works Division Office, Buala Starting at 9am on Thursday 21st May 2026 for all prospective tenderers.
Tender closes at 2:00pm on Tuesday 9th June 2026
Failure to comply with the tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the Tender.
Any attempt by the tenderer to influence the award of the tender in their favour will cause automatically disqualification and may be led to criminal proceedings.
