The CSSI –Ministry of Police, National Security & Correctional Services now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for supplying the Uniforms & Accessories for the Correctional Services of Solomon Islands in Lots:
Lot 1- Shirts, Trousers, Pants & Skirts
Lot 2- Shoes & Shocks
Lot 3- Hats, Epaulettes, Belts, and accessories
The Procuring Entity has budget funds available and intends that part of the proceeds of the budget will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Uniforms for the Solomon Islands Correctional Services.
Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the SIG Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the ITT.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Documents at the offices of the Procuring Entity – CSSI Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services, Kalala Haus, Hibiscus Avenue from 8 am-4:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays and the Pre-Tender Conference meeting to be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday 24th June, 2026. Venue: MPNS&CS Conference Room, L2 -SIPEU Building, Town Ground, Hibiscus Avenue, Honiara, Solomon Islands.
A complete set of Tender Documents can be purchased by interested Tenderers at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury Cashier, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD $200. Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to the Cashier at the Accounts Department, Ministry of Finance and Treasury counter 5.
All Tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address: Chairperson, Central Tender Board, Ministry of Finance & Treasury, P.O Box G26, Town Ground, Honiara. Attn: Secretary, Central Tender Board at or before 2:00 pm, Thursday, 2nd July, 2026. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury, Leaf Hut.
Late or incomplete Tenders shall not be accepted.
