To be Eligible to participate, Tenderer must meet the Purchaser minimum eligibility requirement as follows:

  • Be Legally registered Business with the company Haus (SIG)
  • Must have TIN and Bank Account
  • Must have HCC and provincial licences
  • Must have satisfactorily completed at least three to five similar contracts of similar size and technical complexity in similar location and condition in the years
  • Must have technical expertise and relevant equipment (i.e. equipment’s, security personal, supervisors and support staff)
  • Must have no record of poor or failed contract performance
  • Must not have been suspended or blacklisted in previous contract

Interested Eligible tenderer may obtain further information from Ministry of Culture and tourism from Hudson Kaefia, Email: HKaefia@tourism.gov.sb or JKenitou@tourism.gov.sb and inspect the Bidding document at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism from 8:30am to 04:30pm during working days.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be obtain by interested tenderers in the submission of a personal or written application to Ministry of Culture and tourism, Anthony Saru Building Level 1 upon presenting a receipt of Non- refundable fee of $150 paid at the ministry of Finance and Treasury. The following revenue code should be used: Account No. 101-20-383-0000-13233.

Tenders, comprising the document identified in the instruction of tenderers (ITT), and Following the requirement of ITT, must be delivered to the Chairperson, Ministerial tender Board (MTB), Ministry of Culture, PO Box G20, Honiara at 2pm, Tuesday 5th May 2026. Late or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers representative who choose to attend at ministry of Culture and tourism, Conference room at 2pm, Tuesday 5th May 2026.
