Invitation for Tender

The National Parliament of Solomon Island invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tender for the Construction of a 97m length retaining wall and masonry concrete fencing for national parliament office perimeter (phase iv) CTB Ref: C43/26.

Full details are provided in the Standard Bidding Document Package.
Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the SIG Procurement & Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible tenderers.

A complete set of bidding documents, in English, may be obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD 200.00 at the MOFT Cashier. The official receipt must be presented to the Finance Department of NPO before the bidding documents can be issued.

To be eligible for tender, interested companies must:

  • Be a registered business under SIG laws; Company Haus Business Certificate
  • Have valid business Certificate from Honiara City Council
  • Have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) Issued by the IRD.
  • Have a business bank account
  • Not be subjected to Blacklisting or restrictions to eligibility as per instructions to ITT
    To qualify for this project, interested tenderers must:
  • Have relevant experience and skills in project of the similar nature, scope and technical capacity
  • Have sufficient financial support/ working capital
  • Have qualified and experienced key personnel
  • Have relevant tools & equipment/ machineries to carry out the project.

Tenderers must therefore provide documentary evidences of the above requirements. All tender documents must be clearly mark Tender CTB N0: C43/26 and must be delivered in sealed envelope and addressed to

Tenders will be opened in the presents of tenderers representative who choose to attend. Late tenders will not be accepted.
