Pacific Palms Property – Prequalification of Vendors (2026/2027)
Pacific Palms Property (PPP) is the Property Division of Steamships Limited mandated with overseeing the development and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across Papua New Guinea. In line with its development mandate, PPP hereby invites eligible firms including suppliers, consultants and contractors to submit their application for prequalification for the supply of goods, services and works.
Interested applicants must complete all sections of this form and submit required documents on or before 23 March 2026 at 17:00hrs. All information submitted by applicants shall be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of the pre-qualification exercise. Complete submissions will be carefully assessed for compliance, and applicants will be notified of the outcome on 31 March 2026. Successful applicants will be included on PPP’s Preferred Vendors Register for the Financial Year 2026/2027.
