The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) invites eligible local consultants to submit Expressions of Interest for consultancy services relating to the development, piloting, and policy-oriented validation of a Multilingual Education Model from Early Childhood Education (ECE) to Upper Primary in the Solomon Islands.

Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The consultant will be selected using the Simplified Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
The Financial Proposal must present a lump-sum value based on the required service deliverables. While the proposed schedule of activities outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR) serves as a suggested timeframe, consultants are encouraged to propose their own implementation schedules as part of their Technical Proposal.
