Invitation for Tender: Construction of a 245.3465m Length Retaining Wall and Masonry Concrete Brick Fencing for National Parliament Office Perimeter– Phase III, CTB Ref: C24/25

The National Parliament of Solomon Island invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tender for the Construction of a 245.3465m Length Retaining Wall and Masonry Concrete Brick Fencing for National Parliament Office Perimeter– Phase III, CTB Ref: C24/25. Full details are provided in the attached Technical specifications.

Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the SIG Procurement & Contract Administration Manual 2013 and is open to all eligible tenderers.

A complete set of Tender Documents can be obtained by interested Tenderers from the Accounts Department, National Parliament office from 9:00am-4:00pm week days with a payment of non-refundable amount of $200.00 in cash at MOFT cashier. Bring copy of the receipt and collect the set of tender document.

Interested eligible Tenderers must submit their bids with the following requirements.

• Be duly registered business under SIG laws; certified business Certificate 
• Certified business Certificate from Honiara City Council
• Have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) Issued by the IRD, must be certified.
• Must have bank account and reference letter from bank.
• Not to be subjected to Blacklisting or restrictions to eligibility as per instructions to ITT
• Financial reliability as credit ratings, financial stability etc.
• Must have Technical Qualified Personals & Equipment.

Tenderers must therefore provide documentary evidences of the above requirements. All tender documents must be clearly mark Tender CTB N0: C4/25 and must be delivered in sealed envelope and addressed to

Tenders will be opened in the presents of tenderers representative who choose to attend. Late tenders will not be accepted.
