ICSI is seeking candidates who have relevant qualifications, experience, and exposure at board level and who are willing to participate and be an active part of a group that participates in the development and implementation of strategic aspirations of the business.
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria at a minimum:
- Academic qualifications at degree level and above, preferably in Economics, Forestry, Business Management, Finance or Law or any other appropriate discipline to be determined by ICSI.
- Proven company directorship experience in public and private together with a good understanding of SOE Act 2007 and other subsidiary laws.
- Be able to demonstrate effective financial and commercial abilities and business acumen in any large and successful private organization.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in corporate strategic planning and business and investment management.
- Be able to demonstrate proven corporate governance and risk management experience.
