SPOL a leading provider of fuel and lubricants in the Solomon Islands is proposing to construct a new pavement and guard house for Munda Aviation terminal as part of its long-term strategic goal to improve delivery of services in the Provinces, and throughout the nation. SPOL is hereby requesting reputable construction company in the country to provide fees for the construction of the proposed new pavement and guard house.
Companies wishing to bid and submit proposal shall request all documents pertaining to the tender on SPO APAC tender portal. Tenders Will be close on 11th November 2025, 4pm, Any tender submitted after the due date shall not be accepted.

Evaluation Matrix
Scores shall be given as per the evaluation criteria in the table below weighing 60% for technical and 40% for financial. The lowest evaluated financial price is given the maximum financial weight out of 40%. The lowest or any tender shall not be necessarily accepted by SPOL.
All tenderers must fill in schedules as instructed in the instruction to tenderers, with technical criteria in the table below attached as separate documents.
