AIR NIUGINI TENDER / RFP
Air Niugini Limited announces the imminent release of the following separate RFP’s/Tenders

1. RFP/Tender Description: Provision of Security Services to one of or all multiple Ports within PNG namely: – Wapenamanda

• Tari
• Mt Hagen
• Goroka
  -Port Moresby
  Minimum requirements to be eligible to bid:
  -Must be a PNG based licensed, registered Security Company
• Demonstrable capacity to provide Security Services to Air Niugini premises and assets in any of or all of, these towns
• Interested parties must currently operate an existing security business within the town/towns of interest subject to bid

RFP/Tender Description: Contracted supply of Computer related hardware and accessory items including though not limited to, Laptop and Desktop computers, Tablets, Screens, Keyboards, Mouse devices, UPS as well as related typical IT department and computer hardware. Minimum requirements to be eligible to bid:
-Bidders must be well positioned to hold reasonable levels of stock on hand in POM of recognized quality brand/s of computer equipment and related accessories
-Ability to provide a full back up repairs and technical support service as may be required -Provide warranties with all equipment and services

RFP/Tender Description: Contracted provision of Print Services to Air Niugini Limited. Air Niugini consumes a large amount of printed materials annually including, though not limited to, carbonless multi page reports for use within all areas of the airline, rolls of Destination Labels covering all ports covered by Air Niugini’s domestic and international routes, Safety Data Cards, Warning Labels, Technical and Flight Manuals and a comprehensive range of adhoc printed material.
Minimum requirements to be eligible to bid:

Have an established, quality printing service with easy access to Port Moresby
-Must be able to print labels in rolls
-Able to provide a responsive service for all urgent adhoc print needs
-Ability to print manuals/reports in hard cover bound format when required

by Close of Business on Wednesday 19th March, 2025.

The proposed bids must include in the email header which RFP/Tender the bidder is responding to (i.e. include the RFP description/ number) and must clearly demonstrate how the proposed bidder meets the minimum requirements for the applicable RFP/Tender.
Copies of the RFP/Tender will only be supplied to those applicants assessed as being able to meet the minimum requirements listed in this advertisement.
