Numbu Clinic Access Road – Concrete Pavement Construction
World Vision Solomon Islands (WVSI) invites registered local contractors and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to submit their formal technical and commercial proposals for a high-priority community infrastructure project at the Numbu Clinic.
Project Scope Summary
- Objective: Construct a safe, high-strength concrete access road and dedicated parking footprint to secure year-round, unhindered emergency and pedestrian access to the clinic.
- Key Metrics: 255 M2 Clearing, 82 M3 Earthworks/Subgrade, 75 M3 Aggregate Basecourse, and 205 M2 of 30MPa Concrete Pavement.
- Project Duration: Maximum 30 Calendar Days.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be a registered legal entity (Contractor or CBO) in the Solomon Islands.
- Demonstrated experience in similar civil works or community infrastructure (within the last 5 years).
- Ability to submit a fully priced Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with a Tax-Inclusive budget in SBD.
- Strong commitment to community safety and maintaining clinic access during works.
