IRC BUILDING PROJECTS
The Internal Revenue Commission hereby invites Tenders Submissions from Registered and Qualified Building contractors for the following Building Projects:
Tender No. Project Name
IRC 2026 – 01 IRC Madang Tax Center Fit out Works
IRC 2026 – 02 IRC Madang Institutional House Maintenance Work
IRC 2026 – 03 IRC Kokopo Institutional House Maintenance Works
Tenderer must meet the following minimum criteria:
1) Valid IPA registration Certificate in Papua New Guinea
2) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (COC) from IRC
3) Minimum of 3 similar office fit-out contracts completed in the last 3 years
4) No current insolvency, bankruptcy, or major litigation affecting contract performance
Tender documents will be available for collection on the 1st of July 2026. There is no Tender fee.
