The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) extends an invitation to various categories of suppliers and prospective Individual Consultants in Solomon Island to attend a training session focused on supplier registration within the newly introduced eTendering system, known as “Quantum.” The session aims to provide guidance on the registration and bid submission process in the UNDP Supplier Portal. In order to assist suppliers who have yet to register in the system, the UNDP Pacific Office will conduct in person training sessions in Solomon Island for supplier registration and bid submission on specified dates and times outlined below:

The training will focus on services such as catering and food and beverage services, event management and event coordination services, event support services (décor, floristry, logistics support), cleaning and janitorial services, office and facilities support services, handicrafts and locally produced promotional items, printing and braining services (banners, t-shirts, conference materials), tailoring, uniforms and textile services, training and capacity building services, community facilitation and outreach services, gender, social inclusion, and community development consultancy services, monitoring and evaluation (small consultancy firms), agriculture and agribusiness supply services, food processing and local produce supply, tourism and hospitality support services, accommodation and guesthouse services, eco-tourism and cultural tourism services, ICT-enabled services (graphic design, communications support, data collection), waste management and recycling services (small-scale), and logistics and local transport services (small operators).To ensure manageable participation, we kindly request that your organization designate a single representative to attend.
