INVITATION TO TENDER

The Central Provincial Government (CPG) invites bids from suitably qualified, legible and capable Contractors to carry out the works contracts.

All the above tenders will be closed as prescribed at 2 :00 pm and opened 15 minutes later at the Provincial HQs Conference Room, Tulagi in the presence of bidders who wish to witness the openings. Any bids received after the prescribed closing times strictly will not be accepted. Participating bidders are required to submit their tender submissions in the manner stated below:

 Interested bidders, after paying a fee of SBD200, may collect the full set of tender documents (either hard or soft copies) from the Province’s Works Division at Tulagi, Provincial Headquarters. Similarly, for those in Honiara, the documents can also be collected online after paying the fee by depositing in CPG’s BSP bank account (acc. number will be provided on request) and email/present a copy of deposit slip. There will be a pre-bid conferencing scheduled for local both (province level) and national (nationwide including Honiara) bidders in Tulagi. If you require further details of this sessions, please call us on the telephone below. CPG is not bound to accept the lowest (or highest) bidder. Interested bidders are to be reminded that failure to comply with the tenders’ instructions may lead to disqualification; or similarly, any attempt by any bidder to influence the award any tender in favor of a bidder(s) will lead to disqualification.
