Request for Bids: THREE (3) SOLAR – POWERED WATER SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS IN AROB, PNG.

World Vision Papua New Guinea (WVPNG) is a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization established in. Its program aims to improve the well-being of the vulnerable, especially children, through sustainable development, emergency response, and advocacy. For its Social Investment Project (SIP) in AROB, WVPNG launches this Call for the provision of services in the
table below;

This tender is open to all interested and eligible bidders (firms, companies or individual contractors) in Papua New Guinea, with proven capacity and experience in executing similar works in PNG. WVPNG therefore invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

1. All interested bidders will be required to participate in a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday 23 June, 2026 (10:00am – 11:00am) at the address below:

   NCD, Papua New Guinea

2. Completed Bids (soft copies only) must be addressed and submitted via e-mail to the address below by
   14:00pm on Monday, June 29th, 2026 (late bids shall be rejected). WVPNG will not be responsible for late bids or bids delivered to a wrong address. Email: Dl_WV_PNG_Supply_Chain@wvi.org
3. Bidders will we evaluated based on:

• Technical capacity
• Legal status
• Financial Capacity
• Logistical Capacity
• Personnel Capacity
• Price

2. WVPNG is under no obligation to award to the lowest or any other bidder and May cancel the whole process
   when it deems fit without giving any prior justification or notification to any prospective bidder(s).
