Construction of additional 50 Meters Retaining wall fencing to Chief Justice Residences (Lengakiki)
The National Judiciary of Solomon Islands has budget funding for the Construction of additional 50 Meters Retaining wall fencing to Chief Justice Residences (Lengakiki) here in Honiara now invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the provision of these works. Full details are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Bill of Quantities/Schedule of Activities.
A Contractor will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in SIG Financial Instructions 2010 and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2013, and is open to all eligible Tenderer.
Complete set of Tender documents in English can be purchased by interested Tenderer at the MOFT cashier for the non-refundable fee of SBD150.00. The Tender documents can be collected at the National Judiciary (High Court) and copy of the receipt must be shown as proof of payments to Infrastructure & Procurement Unit – National Judiciary;

Tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes to this address: Tenders must be addressed to a) and be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address and before the closing time at b) below. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and time at c) below. Late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Take note that any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in favour of any tenderer will lead to disqualification of that tenderer and may lead to criminal proceedings.
