The Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services, through SIG, has budget funding for the TENDER LISTED ABOVE WITH REFERENCE and now invites interested eligible Consultants to submit tenders for the provision of these Consultancy.
A Consultant will be selected under Solomon Islands Government Competitive Tendering procedures, specified in the SIG Interim Financial Instructions and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, and is open to ALL eligible Tenderers.
Interested Tenderers can obtain a complete set of Tender documents in English at the Ministry of Police, National Security and Correctional Services, provided that a payment of a non-refundable amount of $100.00 in cash is made at the Ministry of Finance Treasury Cashier counter 5.
Tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes (Two Envelope Tender Process) using the address and before the closing date/time at c) below. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and time at d) below. Late or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted and will be returned to the Tenderer. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Take note that any attempt by a tenderer to influence the award of the tender in favour of any tenderer will lead to the disqualification of that tenderer and may lead to criminal proceedings.
