The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Office in Solomon Islands invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the sale of the following vehicle on an ‘as-is, where-is’ basis

Inspection of Vehicle
Interested bidders may request the bidding form and arrange an appointment to inspect the vehicle by sending an email to procurement.sb@undp.org. Vehicle inspection can be conducted on or before 29 May 2026, 5 P.M. (Solomon Time) at the premises of ANZ Haus, Ranadi, Honiara, Solomon Islands, during official working hours.

Submission of Bids
Interested bidders must submit their price quotations using the prescribed bidding form to the dedicated UNDP email address: bids.sb@undp.org. Bids must be submitted to UNDP by no later than 05 June 2026, 5:00 PM (Solomon Islands Time). Late submissions will not be considered.

General Terms and Conditions

• The vehicle will be sold on an ‘as-is, where-is’ basis, and UNDP makes no warranties regarding its condition.
• Only bids submitted using the official bidding form will be accepted.
• The successful bidder will be required to make full payment prior to collecting the vehicle.
• UNDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
• Submission of a bid indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions stated in this advertisement.
