The Solomon Islands Government has budget financing toward the cost of handicraft product design and development, branding and international market access and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services.
The services will be seeking experts that will be working closely with artisans to achieve the following:
The Ministry of Culture & Tourism now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Government Procurement Manual and Financial Instructions.
