The Ministry of Home Affairs invites interested eligible Tenderers to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Sublimated Polo Shirts for the National Sports Council (NSC), Sport City, East Honiara. Full details of the Goods are provided in the attached Technical Specifications and Schedule of Requirements.
Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021 and the Solomon Islands Government Procurement and Contract Administration Manual, 2022 and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

A complete set of Tender documents in English may be obtained by interested Tenderers on the submission of a personal or written application to Ministry of Home Affairs, P. O Box G11, Honiara.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the
ITT, must be delivered to the address below Ministry of Home Affairs, P.O Box G11, Honiara at or before 12.00pm on
TUESDAY 9 JUNE 2026. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below:
