The Solomon Islands Government has budget financing toward the cost of the CDF Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include Developing a standardized M&E Framework to strengthen planning, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of CDF-funded projects across all constituencies.
The Ministry of Rural Development now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Solomon Islands Procurement and Contract Administration Manual and SIG Financial Instructions 2010.

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 29th Friday May 2026
Please pay a non-refundable fee of SBD$250.00 for the tender documents at MoFT cashier, collect receipts and present it to the Procurement Unit- MRD Accounts & Procurement to collect the tender documents.
