Name of Project: Tender for Construction of Head Quarter’s Carpark, MJLA

The Ministry of Justice & Legal Affairs (MJLA) invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Tender for Construction of Head Quarter’s Carpark, MJLA.. A sum of  SBD$200.00 is to be paid at the MOFT Counter and receipts brought to the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs-Procurement Unit and Infrastructure Unit at Kalala Haus, Town Ground to obtain a copy of the bidding documents.

Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedure specified in the SIG Financial Instructions 2010, Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021and the Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022, and is open to all eligible Tenderers.

The tenderer is required to provide:

• Be duly registered business under SIG Law
• Have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) issued by Inland Revenue,
• Maintain a bank account with any bank operating in Solomon Islands,
• Not be subjected to any blacklisting or restrictions to eligibility as per instruction to tenderers (ITT),
• Must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar contract with comparable value and technical complexity in similar locations and Conditions in the last five years,
• Have strong financial capability or good credit line to execute works.

Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2pm, 21^st  May 2026 Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late or incomplete Tenders will be rejected.
