Public Request for Quotation (RFQ)-Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology (MECDM), through SAFE Project

PUBLIC REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, Disaster Management and Meteorology (MECDM), through the SAFE Project Management Unit (PMU), invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the following works:

• UXO Clearance – Malaita Joint Office (MECDM, UNDP & MPG)
• Environmental Risk Assessment – Malaita Joint Office (MECDM, UNDP & MPG)

Eligible bidders should have experience in at least one contract of similar nature and complexity to the works described above within the last three (3) years.

A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be made available to interested eligible bidders from the SAFE Project Management Unit, ATL Building, P.O. Box 21, Honiara.

Submission Requirements

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked separately as follows:
1. “UXO Clearance Survey – Malaita Joint Office (MECDM, UNDP & MPG)”
2. “Environmental Risk Assessment – Malaita Joint Office (MECDM, UNDP & MPG)”
