PNG DataCo, Papua New Guineas national digital infratructure provider delivers wholesale fiber, satellite connectivity, cloud and Data Center services.
To support market awareness and customer education, PNG DataCo seeks an experienced Media Marketing Agency to deliver an intergrated digital communication campaign.
OBJECTIVE
The engagement aims to build public, enterprise and government awareness of PNG DataCo’s connectivity and ICT portfolio.
Develop a unified brand narrative, targeted messaging and audience segmentation covering government, wholesale partners, enterprises, institutions and households. Provide engagement metrics, audience insights, campaign performance and optimizatation recommendations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND EVALUATION
Agencies must show experience with telecom/ICT or technical campaigns.
Assessment will consider experience, strategic approach, creative quality, technical capability and long-term support.
PNG DataCo may accept or reject submissions and will finalize details with selected agency.
Shortlisted agencies will be reqired to give presentations.
